Sorted Group Holdings Plc announced it has entered into a 12-month renewal agreement with the retailer Marks and Spencer Group PLC ("M&S"). The renewal marks a continuation of M&S's commitment to accelerating the growth and consistency of its delivery operations underpinned by Sorted's cloud-based technology, and is based on a continuation of the commercial terms of the existing agreement. The Company has enjoyed a successful partnership with M&S since 2021.

The retailer uses Sorted's 'Ship' carrier management software to integrate its carrier services across multiple distribution centres into one platform, and Sorted's 'Track' post-purchase experience software to monitor performance across in-flight shipments, enabling the retailer to own the customer delivery communication experience.
