Source Capital, through Source Capital Credit Opportunities IV, LP ("SCCO IV"), is pleased to announce its investment in Septic Blue, Inc. (the "Company"), a Southeast regional leader in providing comprehensive septic tank services to the residential markets in Georgia and North Carolina. SCCO IV supported the acquisition of the Company by private equity sponsor Georgia Oak Partners ("Georgia Oak"), providing debt financing and an equity co-investment.
Headquartered in the Atlanta, GA metro area, the Company, through its team of field technicians, focuses on septic tank pumping, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair, field line replacement and installations. Septic Blue operates with an established footprint across three different metro areas, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh.
"We are excited to close our second investment with Georgia Oak, which has a long history of providing both strategic and operational expertise to its investments," said Joe Rodgers, Managing Director at Source Capital. "Septic Blue is an interesting opportunity in the home-services space, which collectively has been gaining strong momentum for several years, and we look forward to partnering with Georgia Oak and the Company to support its strategic plan."
