Source Capital Supports Seneca Partners' Investment in Wyoming Corporate Services

Source Capital, through Source Capital Credit Opportunities IV, LP ("SCCO IV"), is pleased to announce its investment in Wyoming Corporate Services, Inc. ("WCS") a corporate formation services company focused on registered agent services, asset protection, and other virtual office services. SCCO IV and White Wolf Private Credit ("WWC") supported the acquisition WCS by private equity sponsor Seneca Partners ("Seneca"), providing debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction.
Headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, WCS offers a wide menu of offerings related to corporate formation. WCS offers its products and services to new businesses to benefit from Wyoming's business-friendly state legislation coupled with ongoing support and service for its customers. WCS will also be offering a suite of products to enable registration and compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act, which will be effective in January 2024.
