Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) is a Vietnam-based financial institution. It is engaged in the provision of commercial banking services, including deposit taking, credit granting, international payment services, international trade financing, guarantee services, money management, foreign exchange trading and treasury services for institutional clients, as well as retail banking services, including savings accounts, cards issuing, consumer lending and payment services for individual clients.
