Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank has won the bid to acquire Post and Telecommunication Finance Company Limited from Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group.

Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) is a Vietnam-based financial institution. It is engaged in the provision of commercial banking services, including deposit taking, credit granting, international payment services, international trade financing, guarantee services, money management, foreign exchange trading and treasury services for institutional clients, as well as retail banking services, including savings accounts, cards issuing, consumer lending and payment services for individual clients. The Bank is also involved in the offering of life assurance services with its bancassurance products. It is engaged in investment banking activities and its subsidiaries and affiliates are involved in securities dealing, securities brokerage services offering and fund management businesses.
