China Magnesium Corporation Limited Announces Change of Registered Office

China Magnesium Corporation Limited is an integrated producer of magnesium, semi coke, calcium metal, tar oil and other industrial products. The Company is also engaged in the production and sale of pig iron and ferro-nickel. The Company is also involved in chemical and fertilizer trading. The Company's Baiyun quarry provides dolomite to the Company for magnesium production and other customers, including those in the steel industry. The Company also holds approximately two tenements in Western Australia. The Company is engaged in the trading of various commodities, such as low ash metallurgical coke, thermal coal, semi-coke, magnesium, magnesium alloy, carbon cathode, mineral (rock) wool, nickel laterite and iron ore. The Company has approximately five semi-coke crackers, which have a total semi-coke capacity of 200,000 tons per annum.
