Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (OTCPK:SBSA.A) entered into an agreement to acquire two FM radio stations serving the Orlando and Tampa Bay radio markets from Cox Radio LLC for $12.5 million on February 10, 2022. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including FCC regulatory approval. The transaction is expected to close later in the first quarter of 2022. Houlihan Lokey Advisors, LLC acted as financial advisor to CXR.
