Spectrum Group International, Inc. (OTCPK:SPGZ) announces a share repurchase program. Under the tender offer, the company will repurchase up to 4,000 shares, for $2.5 million. If the offer is oversubscribed, the company will prorate the number of shares accepted for payment. The offer will expire on October 6, 2020, unless extended by company. However, if the expiration time is extended and closing of the offer has not occurred by November 7, 2020, shareholders may withdraw their previously tendered common shares.

The Company is a trader of precious metals and an auctioneer of coins and wine serving both collectors and dealers. The Company's collectibles offerings span the price from modest to ultra-high end.
