Vior Inc. acquired Block of 35 claims covering 1,994 hectares near its Belleterre gold project from Sphinx Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SFX.H) for CAD 0.02 million.

Sphinx Resources Ltd is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on its activities in Quebec in search of deposits of precious metals, including gold, silver, palladium and platinum, and base metals, including copper, zinc and lead. The Calumet-Sud project consists of 21 claims totaling approximately 12.1 square kilometers (km2). It is located in the manicouagan regional county (MRC) Pontiac of southwestern Quebec. The GP project includes 74 claims, which occupy an area of approximately 41 km2 and is located in the MRC Pontiac in southwestern Quebec. The Calumet-Nord project consists of 42 claims an area of approximately 24.5 km2 and is immediately adjacent to the north and east of the former New Calumet mine. The Patrie project is composed of 34 mining titles covering an area of approximately 19.90 km2. The Soufflot project consists of 35 mining titles covering an area of approximately 19.95 km2.
