Springs Global announces new earnings release date
São Paulo, June 30, 2023 - Springs Global Participações S.A. (Springs Global, B3: SGPS3) informs that the release of its financial statements for the year 2022 will be held on August 14, 2023, together with the quarterly information for the first and second quarters of 2023.
The release of the 2023 Reference Form and the conference call of the results for the respective periods will take place on August 15, 2023.
All dates scheduled for disclosing the Company's periodic information have been updated and disclosed in the Company's corporate events calendar, in accordance with the Novo Mercado Regulations, which is available on the Company's Investor Relations website (www.springs. com/ri), and on the websites of B3 S.A. -Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (www.b3.com.br) and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (www.cvm.gov.br).
