Springs Global announces new earnings release date
São Paulo, August 14, 2023 - Springs Global Participações S.A. (Springs Global, B3: SGPS3) informs that the release of its financial statements for the year 2022 will be held on August 14, 2023, will be held on August 14, 2023, scheduled for today, August 14, 2023, will be postponed until September 26, 2023. The reason for the new date is the non-completion of the audit work of our subsidiary Springs Global US. Inc.
