Springs Global announces new earnings release date
São Paulo, September 26, 2023 - Springs Global Participações S.A. (Springs Global, B3: SGPS3) informs that the release of its financial statements for the year 2022, scheduled for today, September 26, 2023, will be postponed until October 16, 2023. The recent conclusion of the audit work of our subsidiary Springs Global US. Inc., generated the need for some additional time to complete the audit work in Brazil. The Company's Management is making its best efforts to disclose the financial statements and call the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to resolve on the matter. Quarterly information for the first and second quarters of 2023 will be released together with the release of quarterly information for the third quarter by November 14, 2023.
