On November 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of SPX FLOW, Inc. expanded the size of the Board of Directors to nine members and elected Ms. Suzanne Rowland as an additional director. Ms. Rowland will stand for election as a director at the Company's 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, for a term expiring at the company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Board has also appointed Ms. Rowland to serve on the company's Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nomination and Governance Committee.
