SPY Appoints Michael Marckx to its Board

SPY Inc. designs, produces and distributes sunglasses, snow and motocross goggles, prescription frames, along with branded apparel and accessories for the action sports, snow sports and lifestyle markets. Its products, such as sunglasses, goggles and prescription frames are marketed under the SPY brand. It categorizes eyewear products into three groups: sunglasses, which includes fashion, performance sport and women specific sunglasses; goggles, which includes snowsport and motocross goggles created for its core demographics; and prescription frames, which includes optical-quality frames and sunglasses for its youthful demographic. In addition, it sells branded accessories for sunglasses and goggles, as well as various other accessories and apparel. It markets its products in North America and internationally. Its sunglasses include ATLAS, WINGATE, BELLOWS, ROVER, FRAZIER, ANGLER, ROCKY, WHISTLER, WILSHIRE, LEO, MULHOLLAND, ALLURE, FIONA, FARRAH, CAMEO, CALIBER and WESTPORT.
