Subject: Intimation for the approval of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended December, 31, 2021 by the Resolution Professional.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Resolution Professional Committee (in lieu of suspended Board of Directors) shall consider and adopt the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December, 31, 2021, at its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 11.30 a.m.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed from Saturday, January 01, 2022 shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of said Financial Results for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
