All In Group Holdings Limited entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire GBR (HK) Limited from State Energy Group International Assets Holdings Limited (SEHK:918) for HKD 1 million on May 17, 2023. Completion of the sale and purchase shall be conditional upon the following approval from regulatory. Completion of the Disposal shall take place on or before May 31, 2023.
