John J. Ryan Resigns from Steele Resources Corporation as Chief Financial Officer and as Member of the Board of Directors

Steele Oceanic Corporation is a holding company. The Company intends to focus its purchases on seafood companies that are too small to be of interest to the largest buyers and no longer viable as a stand-alone entity competing in the overall Seafood market. The Company conducts the majority of its operations through its operating subsidiary, Global Seafood International, Inc., (GSI). The Company was engaged in developing and building a vertically integrated holding company in the international seafood industry.
