Steilmann SE has filed an IPO in the amount of €85.00 million.

Steilmann SE is a Germany-based company engaged in the apparel and accessories industry. The Company covers the entire value chain of the clothing industry, controlling all key processes from design and manufacturing of clothing apparel and accessories to sales in its stores, through third parties and online. Its apparel products include a focus on women's clothing, as well as men's clothing. Its brands include Stones, Gigi, Adler, Steilmann, Boecker, Kirsten, Kapalua and SYM. The Company operates production plants in China, Moldova, Poland, Latvia and Romania. The Company is a subsidiary of Steilmann Holding AG and comprises the Steilmann Group's fashion business.
