63Ideas Infolabs Private Limited announced that it has received INR 698,000,000 in a round of funding on May 18, 2022. The company has issued 1,319 Series D non-convertible preference shares at an issue price of INR 528,892 per share in the transaction. The transaction included participation from new investors STIC Investments, Inc. for INR 375,000,000, and Main Street Digital for INR 375,000,000.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The round is raised at post money valuation of INR 63,346,119,500 ($815,000,000).
Stic Investments Inc is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of high voltage transformers (HVTs) for microwave oven. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Manufacturing Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of HVTs for microwave ovens and reactors (RETs) for air conditioners. The Investment Business segment operates private equity funds and venture investment associations. The Segment is engaged in the investment in real estate, infrastructure and others.
