(KOSDAQ:A035810) from STIC Secondary Private Equity Fund III of STIC Investments, Inc for KRW 4.8 billion on September 11, 2015. STIC is selling its 1.06 million shares of EASY BIO, Inc. for KRW 4484 per share.
