Strata Power Corporation Reports Earnings Results for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2022

Strata Power Corporation is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company has interests in oil sands properties located in the Peace River oil sands region in Northern Alberta, Canada. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and if warranted and feasible development of oil projects in the Peace River oil sands region. The Company has an interest in approximately seven oil sands leases, totaling over 40,704 hectares and approximately 8,704 hectares, all located in the Peace River oil sands area. In addition, the Company has a royalty interest in approximately 10 oil sands leases and owns over three non-producing wells. The Company has not generate revenues from its operations.
