Hangzhou Huijinsui Environmental Protection Co., Ltd agreed to acquire Hangzhou Handing Yuyou Financial Holding Investment Co., Ltd from Strait Innovation Internet Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300300) for approximately CNY 110 million on May 7, 2022. As of December 20, 2021, board of directors of Straight Innovation Internet Co., Ltd have approved the transaction. As of May 11, 2022, Hangzhou Huijinsui Environmental Protection Co., Ltd signed an agreement to acquire Hangzhou Handing Yuyou Financial Holding Investment Co., Ltd from Straight Innovation Internet Co., Ltd.
Strait Innovation Internet Co Ltd, formerly Hakim Unique Internet Co Ltd, is principally engaged in the intelligent Internet, entertainment media and innovative finance business. The Intelligent Internet business provides government-level customers with a package of solutions, such as consulting, integration, implementation, as well as operation. The Entertainment Media business develops the cinema, theme parks and other scene assets. The Innovative Finance business builds an innovative financial platform covering financial technology and financial services.
