The Company focuses on marketing its timeshare units to people vacationing in the Punta Perfecta Beach or East Cape area of Mexico and to people living in the west coast area of the United States and Canada. The Company owns resort property in Los Cabos, Baja. The Company's Punta Perfecta is a 10 acre development of approximately 35 fractional ownership homes on the East Cape of Los Cabos. The Company, through its subsidiary, Punta Perfecta S.A. de C.V., is engaged in real estate development.
