Styland Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in financial businesses. The Company operates through five segments. The Financial Service segment is engaged in the provision of securities dealing, brokerage, margin financing, corporate financing, asset management and other financing services. The Mortgage Financing segment is engaged in corporate and personal loans that are secured by real properties. The Property Development and Investment segment is engaged in property redevelopment and leasing of properties. The Trading of Securities segment is engaged in the trading of shares and derivative securities. The Others segment is engaged in the retailing and trading of food products.
