The board of directors of Sun Cheong Creative Development Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Jason Martin Westcott (Mr. Westcott) has resigned from his position as the executive director of the Company with effect from 19 May 2022 in order to pursue other business and personal commitments. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Westcott for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
