SUNSET PACIFIC PETROLEUM LTD Sunset Pacific Petroleum Ltd (TSXV:SPK) signed a conditional agreement to acquire Oil and Gas Concession in Oman for $0.45 million on February 23, 2016. Sunset Pacific will pay the vendor a lock-up fee of $0.05 million. The parties are conducting final due diligence and negotiating and finalizing an operating agreement which they expect to complete by the end of May 2016.
The deal is subject to certain conditions being met over the course of the next two months.
