Sunvault Energy, Inc., has signed an agreement to form a joint venture (JV) company, Supervault Energy, Inc. The JV is 50% owned by Sunvault Energy. In addition, SuperVault has signed a licensing and development agreement to use certain University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) developed patented Graphene technology for use in the area of electricity storage such as battery alternatives. The Sunvault solar technology chipset allows for the generation, transfer and storage of energy within the same unit.
