(PST) through video link reviewed and approved the Un-Audited Quarterly Financial Statements of the company for the year ended June 30, 2022 and recommended the following entitlements.
Cash Dividend
Cash Dividend for the Quarter ending September 30, 2022 of PKR NIL per share i.e. NIL %. This is in addition to interim dividend already paid PKR NIL per share. i.e. NIL %.
Bonus Shares
To issue Bonus Shares in proportion of NIL share(s) for every 100 share(s) held i.e. NIL %.
The Un-Audited financial results of the company for the year ended September 30, 2022 are enclosed.
Quarterly Report of the company for the 1st Quarter ended September 30, 2022 will be transmitted through PUCARS separately, within specified time.

Suraj Cotton Mills Limited is a Pakistan-based textile company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing, sale and trading of yarn, cloth, and processing of cloth. The Company operates through three segments: Spinning, Weaving, and Transactions. The Spinning segment is engaged in the production of different qualities of yarn using natural and artificial fibers. The Spinning segment operates three spinning units located in Nooriabad (Sindh), Shahkot (Punjab) and Raiwind (Punjab). The Weaving segment is engaged in the production of different qualities of greige fabric using yarn. The Weaving segment specializes in making woven greige fabrics, with up to 700 thread counts for sheeting, apparel, suiting, and home furnishing, with tuck-in and writing selvedge accessories. The Company produces a range of stretches, satins, stripes, twills, drills, percale, cords, ripstop, herring bone and dobby.
