The Company is engaged in the acquisition, finance, development and joint venture operations throughout the world involving upstream hydrocarbon exploration and development while advancing the physical development and trade of energy, metal and mineral commodities amongst its partners, including crude oil, natural gas, refined petroleum products, coal, electricity and solar. The Company is focused on the development of its joint venture asset operations located in the prolific oil-producing fields in the western Nigeria Delta Region off the western coast of Africa. Its offshore project is situated amongst the prolific offshore Nigerian Delta oil-producing fields operated by indigenous and international oil companies consisting of approximately 240,000 acres in relatively shallow waters ranging in depth between 60 to 400 feet and is within 4-35 miles offshore.
