Suwary SA acquired remaining stake in Kartpol Group Sp Z O.o. for PLN 1.7 million.

Suwary SA w Pabianicach is a Poland-based company engaged in the plastic packaging and automotive accessories. In the area of plastic packaging, its activity is the production of plastic packaging for aggressive substances, building chemicals and agrochemicals, such as bottles, closures, canisters and watering cans. The offering also includes multilayer packaging, with special barrier properties. In the area of automotive products the Company specializes in warning triangles, fire extinguishers, warning vests and first aid kits. It also offers automotive and motorcycle registration plates and various kinds of distinguishing plates for vehicles. It has a laboratory, where all measurements and tests are carried out, including photometric tests. The Company's major shareholder is Wentworth Tech. Sp. z o.o., holding a 58.96% stake.
