We are the pioneer of sushi making machines and have been supporting sushi business industry more than 40 years.

In addition to sushi, this time we will also demonstrate and create products using our products, such as traditional Japanese fast food "ONIGIRI" and popular European "POKE BOWL".
We aim to expand Japanese food culture to all over Europe.
