Swedol AB (OM:SWOL B) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 40% stake in Univern Senter Arendal AS from Kest Invest AS on June 20, 2018. As a result of the transaction, Univern Senter Arendal AS will be wholly owned by Swedol AB. Univern Senter Arendal AS reported a turnover of approximately NOK 16 million. The transaction is expected to close on July 1, 2018.
