Swee Hong Limited is engaged in the business of building construction and investment holding. The Company's segments are Civil Engineering and Tunnelling. The Civil Engineering segment is engaged in civil engineering works, which include road construction works, road maintenance works, sewerage rehabilitation (excluding tunneling works), drains (excluding tunneling works), soil improvement works and other infrastructure works. The Tunnelling segment is engaged in micro-tunneling works. Within Park and Services, the Company provides architectural, mechanical and electrical (M&E), civil and structure (C&S), soil works, landscaping and project management services. The Company's projects include Jurong and Kranji Sewerage Catchment, Changi Ferry Terminal, Southern Sentosa Cove, Tuas View Extension, Jurong East Modification Project, North Coast, Seletar Aero Drive, Kallang Bahru Sewer Diversion Work, Marina East Garden, Tampines Sewer Diversion Work and Gardens by the Bay.
