LUX MED Sp. z o.o. entered into an agreement to acquire Swissmed Prywatny Serwis Medyczny Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:SWP) from Swissmed Centrum Zdrowia S.A. (WSE:SWD) and others for PLN 20.9 million on March 29, 2018. Price for transaction is set at PLN 21.5 million decreased by value of unit's net debt. After transaction shares of SPSM will be delisted from NewConnect market. Michal Boryczka, Karol Sokól of GESSEL acted as legal advisors for LUX MED Sp. z o.o.
