US Natural Gas Corp cancelled the acquisition of 17 oil and natural gas wells in Kentucky.

RCMG is focused on the development of commercial land purchased in Bibb County, Georgia. NRMF is focused on the development of commercial land purchased in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
