SYN PROP E TECH S.A. ("SYN" or "Company"), a company registered as an issuer in category "A" of the Brazilian Securities Commission ("CVM"), listed on B3's Novo Mercado under the code SYNE3, in compliance with the provisions of article 37, Paragraph 2 of CVM Resolution No. 81, of March 29th, 2022, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company's next Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on April 28th, 2023.
The Company clarifies that it will provide further information related to the event in due course, pursuant to the applicable legislation.
