São Paulo, February 29th, 2024 - SYN prop e tech S.A ("Company"), a company listed on the Novo Mercado of B3 S.A. - Bolsa, Brasil, Balcão (Ticker: SYNE3), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in compliance with the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44/21, it has received correspondence sent by the shareholder Absolute Gestão de Investimentos LTDA. ("Absolute"), informing that the group of investment funds managed by Real Investor increased its shareholding in the capital of SYN prop e tech S.A. ("Company"), now holding 8,106,823 common shares issued by the Company, which correspond to 5.31% of the capital stock and the total issued in this type of share. The shareholding has the sole purpose of investment, and there is no interest in changing the composition of the control or the administrative structure of the Company.
