On June 30, 2021, Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. announced that Frank Baker, Robert Aquilina and Peter Berger resigned as directors of the Company. In connection with these resignations, pursuant to the Company's bylaws, the Board has decreased the number of directors to eight.
