Sin Soon Teng and Sin Ee Wuen made an offer to acquire remaining 30.53% stake in Sysma Holdings Limited (Catalist:5UO) for SGD 12.94 million on June 1, 2023. The transaction is subject to a minimum tender offer. The transaction is expected to close on July 20, 2023.

As of July 19, 2023, the offer has been extended till August 3, 2023. RHT CAPITAL PTE. LTD. acted as sponsor to Sin Soon Teng and Sin Ee Wuen.

Xandar Capital Pte. Ltd. acted as financial advisor and fairness opinion provider to Sysma Holdings Limited.
