Notice Concerning Change of Representative Director
At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 12, 2021, T. HASEGAWA CO., LTD. ("the Company") resolved to change the Representative Director. The details are as follows.
This matter will be formally decided at the 60th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on December 22, 2021 and at the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the conclusion of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
1． Reason for change
Tokujiro Hasegawa, Representative Director, Chairman & CEO, has been involved in the Company's management for many years and has contributed to the Company's development both in Japan and overseas. However, he has decided to retire due to the expiration of his term of office as a director. In addition, the appointment of a new Representative Director will strengthen and enhance the management structure with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and further enhancing the Group's corporate value.
Takao Umino, the Company's Representative Director, President & COO, will continue in his current position, and Takao Umino and Yoshiaki Chino will serve as the Company's two Representative Directors.
