Tadiran Holdings Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 50% stake in T.P.V. Ltd. from Zapiro S.P.H.

Tadiran Holdings Ltd., previously known as Crystal Consumer Products Ltd., is an Israel-based home electrical goods importer. The Company imports branded products of companies such as Crystal, Blomberg, Maytag, Daewoo Electronics, De Dietrich, Spectra, AEG-Electrolux and Amana, including washing machines and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers, ovens and hobs, microwaves, cooker hoods, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners and television sets. It operates six show rooms, in Petach Tikva, Be'er Sheva, Herzelia, Hazor Haglilit, Jerusalem and Tel Hanan. The Company offers additional services including advice regarding interior design issues, coating for refrigerators, and retail and home deliveries.
