TK Corp is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of pipe fittings. The Company operate its business through two segments. The Plant Equipment segment principally provides pipe fittings of elbow types, tee types and reducers, which are made of carbon steels, low alloy steels, non-ferrous steels and stainless steels, used to connect pipe ends for oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, power plants and shipbuilding industries. The Real Estate Rental segment is engaged in the business such as stores rental and exhibition planning site rental. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
