Tahera Diamond Corporation Stock

Tahera Diamond Corporation (Tahera) is a mineral exploration and mining company, and is engaged primarily in the exploration for and mining of diamond deposits. The Jericho Diamond Mine is the Company’s only producing property. Tahera holds a 100% interest in the mineral claims, which are located in Nunavut. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company completed the testing and commissioning phase of the mine’s development. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company earned a 50% interest in Jericho Diamond Mine. On July 1, 2006, the Company commenced commercial production at its wholly owned Jericho Diamond Mine. On December 4, 2006, Tahera entered into the second amending agreement to its credit facility with Tiffany & Co. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Rockinghorse Group of claims, except for the mining lease, which hosts the Anuri kimberlite, which is held 75% by the Company and 25% by Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc.
