Tainan Spinning Co., Ltd. received a fine notification from the Environmental Protection Bureau of Tainan City Government on December 9, 2020 for violating Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Air Pollution Control Act and Article 2 of the Stationary Pollution Source Air Pollutant Emission Standards A sampling inspection by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Tainan City Government found abnormal results on September 25,2020. Tainan Spinning Co., Ltd. immediately responded in compliance with environmental protection regulations and standards. .Anticipated possible loss: TWD 1,500,000.
