the construction on own land on Guangfu S. Rd., Hukou Township,
Hsinchu County,and the total budget is NT$545,000 thousand.

According to the raise of the cost, the BOD of the subsidiary
TITAN STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. approval of adding the additional budget
ofNT$38,680 thousand for the construction on Guangfu S. Rd.,
Hukou Township, Hsinchu County,and the overall budget will be
NT$583,680 thousand.
