and four parking spaces which is No. 16 and No.18 , Sec. 6, Minquan E. Rd.,
Neihu Dist., Taipei City

3.Transaction unit amount (e.g.XX square meters, equivalent to XX ping),
unit price, and total transaction price:
5F., No. 16-3, Sec. 6, Minquan E. Rd., Neihu Dist., Taipei City is
80.41 ping, and unit price is NT$ 472,951.13 per ping.
Four parking spaces which is No. 16 and No.18 , Sec. 6, Minquan E. Rd.,
Neihu Dist., Taipei City is 39.13 ping, and unit price is NT$
1,500,000 per parking space.
Total transaction amount:NT$44,030,000.
