Takamatsu Construction Group Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company's net sales were JPY 61,377 million compared to JPY 66,123 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,437 million compared to JPY 1,407 million a year ago. Net earnings were JPY 847 million compared to JPY 610 million a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 24.33 compared to JPY 17.55 a year ago.

The Real Estate segment provides real estate consultants, real estate business, real estate sale and brokerage business. The Company is also engaged in the development of construction finance business.
