TANDY BRANDS ACCESSORIES, INC. The US Bankruptcy Court approved the sale of certain assets of Tandy Brands Accessories, Inc. on June 3, 2015. As per the order, trustee has been authorized to sell 143,000 square foot industrial complex in Yoakum, Texas to John S. Blades for the cash price of $0.75 million, as per the agreement dated April 30, 2015. Buyer has provided earnest money deposit of $0.03 million upon signing of the agreement.
Trustee will pay 6% commission to Blaschke and Matthews Realty from the gross purchase price.
