• BAFA subsidies for proven cooling systems using natural refrigerants
  • Economical and bespoke cooling and temperature control solutions for injection moulding
  • Energy-efficient operation minimises the CO2 footprint

Producing economically and with future security, while conserving the environment and resources: technotrans provides answers to the current challenges in the plastics processing industry with its cooling and temperature control systems. At this year's KUTENO, the thermal management specialist particularly highlights cooling solutions using the natural refrigerant R290 (Propane). As a pioneer in this field, technotrans already offers customised and practically proven solutions that also benefit from government subsidies. The power-controlled and optimally tailored devices operate energy-efficiently and cover high temperature and performance ranges.

"The restriction of BAFA subsidies to cooling systems with low GWP value since the beginning of this year is proof that we have taken the right and future-proof course with the use of natural refrigerants," says Fabian Heuel, Head of Sales at technotrans. "While the competition is now forced to act, we can already showcase numerous reference projects and thus have a crucial experience advantage." In addition to offering subsidy consulting, technotrans customers also benefit from the solution provider's expertise, whose engineering and service staff have been extensively trained in the area of natural refrigerants. Accordingly, sustainable cooling solutions using the natural refrigerant R290 (Propane) are also the focus of the KUTENO trade show appearance. Additionally, technotrans displays compact and modular temperature control units from the teco ci eco and teco wi flex series at the trade fair, which operate particularly sustainably thanks to frequency control and the Pump Efficiency Module (PEM).

technotrans offers both cooling and temperature control solutions that are suitable and particularly economical for every user - from cost-optimised basic devices to large central systems with megawatt-range capacities. The systems combine energy efficiency with high power density and operational safety.

"With our solution competence and experience in the plastics market, we are the ideal partner for optimising production processes through precise thermal management while acting as resource-efficiently as possible," emphasises Heuel.

technotrans will be exhibiting at KUTENO 2024 in Rheda-Wiedenbrück from 14 to 16 May 2024 at Stand 5-A15.
