Luxury Real Estate d.o.o. and individual shareholders Bojan Horvacic, Boran Poljancic and Zvonimir Zlopasa made an offer to acquire the remaining 65.1% stake in Tehnika D.d.

Tehnika dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. It specializes in the construction of residential, commercial and public buildings, as well as industrial plants. It also offers such services as design and consulting services in various fields of the construction industry, installations and finishing works, experts studies and investment plan surveys, technical documents and bidding surveys, as well as technical supervision. It operates plants for the production of building material, construction wood, prefabricated concrete and wood products. In addition, Tehnika dd offers real estate operations services, automotive and industrial machinery leasing, as well as accommodation and cleaning services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated eight subsidiaries, including Tehnika Projektiranje doo, Tehnika Esop doo, Tehnika SPV doo, Zlatno Jezero doo, Tehnika doo Kiseljak, Tehnika AG doo Beograd, Zagreb Trend doo and Plavi Prostor doo.
